Limited Warranty

Each Betta Treasure has been fabricated using only the finest materials and environmentally safe products available to the trade, and is designed to last a lifetime with proper care and maintenance.

The Creative Design Group is confident and satisfied with the quality, design, and functionality of these betta bowls. We warranty that the LED lighting system will be free of defects and damages for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Repairs or a replacement will be issued if defects are determined. Our warranty does not include defects or damages due to use with unspecified A/C adapters, improper care or submersion, misuse, abuse, accidents, acts of God, or unauthorized use.

The warranty is void if the unit is submerged or dropped, or if it is used for any reason other than its intended purpose.

The warranty does not cover loss of fish, personal injury, property loss or damage arising from negligence, abuse or misuse. Incidental or consequential damages are specifically excluded.

IMPORTANT: Always unplug the betta bowl components when inspecting or disassembling for any reason.
